(252) MCQ option 4...
Why Option 4??
Option 1: Diet
After his annual check-up on Monday, Laogong asked to go on a diet because his doctor said he should get rid of 9kg! I decided to do it too so that we can motivate each other. Our 3-day diet/detox programme ended yesterday. Emily says that we will probably pig-out till our next session which is in 2 weeks' time. We weighed ourselves this morning - Laogong and I lost 2kg each :D We shall eat in moderation and shall not snack! We have to prove Emily wrong!
Option 2: Exercise
Laogong and I try to exercise daily but it's a rather sedentary 45-min walk. We have increased our pace and if we're up to it, we carry weights as we plod along. Jon tells us to jog but our knees won't be able to take this sudden 'attack'. We'll just stick to brisk walking for the time being!
Option 3: Wardrobe Update
Times are bad. So we'll just ransack our cupboards for clothes that we couldn't fit in since eons ago. Oh gosh.... more vigorous exercise and detox sessions before we can fit into those clothes!
WISH US LUCK!!

(250) MCQ option 2...
So is exercise the answer??
I don't exercise at all.
If God had wanted me to touch my toes,
He would have put them up higher on my body.
If I do exercise....
The only exercise I get is jumping to conclusions.
Anyway, I'm in shape....
ROUND is a shape.

(249) MCQ option 1...
But do diets really work??
Chocolate is a vegetable.
Huh??
Well, chocolate is derived from cacao beans.
Bean = vegetable.
Sugar is derived from either sugar CANE or sugar BEETS.
Both are plants, which places them in the vegetable category.
Thus, chocolate is a vegetable.
Did you ever see the customers in a health-food store?
They are pale, skinny people who look half-dead.
In a steakhouse you see robust, ruddy people.
They're dying of course but they look terrific!
